Congress bid success
A huge thanks goes out to all of those involved in the 2010 congress bid, the hard work has paid off, Christchurch, New Zealand will host the 2010 Subud World Congress, now the hard work begins.

New Committee
As mentioned in the last update, our new Chairman is Lambert Anderson. To assist Lambert in his position at the top are our new committee, Ramzi Addison has moved into the role of Committee councilor, Ben Graham has stayed on as Treasurer and Maya Reynolds from Wellington will be taking care of the Secretarial duties.

We have a New Chairman
Easter weekend in Auckland was very pleasant. The big news of the weekend is the selection of a new chairman. Lambert Anderson will take the reins of Subud New Zealand for the next two years.

New format for National Congress
Taking a leaf out of the Australians book, it has been decided to reverse the standard flow of events at the National congress and save the business till last, opening the Easter weekend with a gathering on the Friday night, Kedjiwaan activities on the Saturday, then down to business on the sunday.

Subud NZ Website shaping up
It has been sometime in the making, but it has finally emerged, the Subud New Zealand Web site is now here. There is alot of potential to utilise this site for the benefit of Subud NZ, it is up to the members to use their imagination. For more information on the future of the site click here.
